A couple of months ago, everything felt like it was finally clicking.
I had students actively moving through the program. Conversations were happening. The work was resonating.
And then… things slowed down.
The cohort ended. Leads dried up.
And suddenly, I found myself staring at my calendar, wondering what I’d done wrong — or worse, if maybe the momentum had been a fluke.
I thought I was prepared for an eventual slump, but it rattled me more than I expected.
See, in my 9-to-5 days, I never really had to “sell.” Work came in. Deadlines appeared. I had a job, and I did it.
But now? Now I am the marketing department, the sales team, the customer support, and the product itself.
That shift can feel overwhelming at times.
Because having a great offer isn’t enough — not if no one sees it.
Not if you haven’t built a system that brings in the right people, consistently, in a way that’s aligned with how you want to show up.
And beyond that:
I realized I’d been asking people to make huge leaps… without fully acknowledging how scary that leap is for most people.
That was humbling.
Most of the folks I want to serve aren’t sitting around with unlimited time and money.
They’ve got jobs. Rent. Kids. Commitments. A whole life to manage — and a million reasons not to risk it.
So I’ve been reworking things.
Rebuilding my offer so it speaks not just to the dreamers — but to the realists too.
To the people who want to take a step forward, but need a path that feels solid beneath them.
Because if I really want to help people build something that’s both intentional and sustainable…
I can’t just shout “Take the leap!” from across the canyon.
I need to build the bridge and say “Follow me!”
That’s what I’ve been focused on these past two weeks.
And I’ll be honest — it’s challenged me in the best way.
I’ve never felt clearer about what I’m doing or who it’s for.
In the next few days, I’ll be rolling out some key changes — new ways to engage with the work, more accessible entry points, and offers that don’t require flipping your life upside down just to get started.
If that’s you — or someone you know — stay tuned.
I’ll be sharing the details soon.
But I wanted to send this first. The real version.
The part nobody sees — the in-between, the recalibrating, the moments that don’t make it into Instagram captions.
Because this is the creator journey too.
Talk soon,
Andrew
